Macaroons are raising the ranks in popularity. At least at our cooking school, it is ranked the Number One class which is always fully booked. So, those of you who wish to learn the basic techniques of making those lovely colourful cookies, please book early.
Our next Macaroons classes are on 25 March, 12 April, 23 April and 28 April. We will be doing different flavours for the fillings, passion fruit, strawberry, vanilla, lemon, green tea, chocolate etc. Hmm! Yummy and delicious.
