It’s time again for us to feature our “Cake of the month” to showcase what we consider our best custom made order cake. The Cake of the month for May is a Mother’s Day Cake. Our accountant, Eddy, wanted to give his wife a surprise cake for Mother’s Day and we thought why not? So, we made a moist chocolate cake, filled and frosted with dark chocolate ganache and decorated it with a garland of beautiful flowers. This gift reflects both edible cake and flowers, two wonderful gestures to give to the best mother in the world. The cake looks simple, fresh and elegant. You could almost “smell the flowers”! Happy Mother's Day!
