Bread & Pastries Workshop - RM20


We are running a series of Bread & Pastries workshops "Freeze Bake Eat" at only RM20 for members of At 19. Members can bring along two friends at RM20 per pax. Non-members pay RM30. Free tasting of bread and pastries.

Learn how to bake crusty bread and pastries in a jiffy. No baking experience needed. Anyone can do it. Enjoy high quality swiss gourmet bread and pastries right out of the oven without having to make it from scratch. From oven to table in less than 15 mins.

No more running to the bakery or supermarket to get a loaf of bread or when you have cravings for delicious fresh pastries. Seats are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.

Workshop dates are as follows:-
16 & 25 Feb. 1 & 27 Mar. 2 Apr (10am to 11.30am)
19 & 26 Feb. 25 Mar. 23 & 25 Apr (2.30pm to 4pm)

  1. Perhaps there are some breads you can do in 15 minutes but most take several hours to rise and be worked and allowed to rise again before baking.

  2. This is not a hands-on class where you do bread from raw ingredients. The dough is already pre-made. This is a workshop on how to prepare the pre-made dough for the oven and bake them to bakery perfection.
