At 19 Culinary Studio hosted a product awareness event "Talking About Eating Well" for World Foods to promote their marinades and sauces that are currently available in Malaysia. World Foods' marinades, paste, dips and sauces are allergens free, trans fat free, gluten free, no artificial flavour, colour or preservatives and suitable for vegans too.
The "Talking About Eating Well" event was aimed at creating public awareness on the importance of eating well and the use of quality sauces to help busy mothers today create delicious healthy meals that are quick and easy to prepare for the whole family.
Ms Goo Chui Hoong, qualified dietitian and chef instructor at At 19 Culinary Studio, started the event with a presentation on "What is Eating Well?" followed by a cooking class demonstrating 3 quick and easy recipes using World Foods sauces. The results were Yum! Everyone enjoyed the Green Curry Vegetarian Pizza, Tom Yam Fish Paste Omelette Roll and Satay Pie Tee. Everyone was healthily full and happy.
