Private Class: Teach the Bride to Cook - 4 Oct 2014

When blogger, Swee San, got appointed as the organiser of one of her old time school friend's bridal shower, she contacted us. She thought it would be fun to have an all girls' cookout with a theme - Teach the Bride to Cook!

Swee San had specific recipes she wanted to do at the bridal party. It was going to be Mushroom Soup and Ravioli. This must be the bride's favourite dishes. So, we worked within Swee San's budget and came up with a fun day for the girls. Everyone learned the rudiments of making pasta from scratch and ravioli filing of chicken and cheese cooked in tomato sauce. There was also "real" mushroom soup with butter garlic toast. Yum!

Needless to say, the girls had lots of fun and did lots of catching up with each other. They chilled out later with a sit down lunch of what they have cooked. Cool!

What a great way to bond with friends and have a memorable bridal shower. If you would like to do a bridal shower with a difference, give us a call at 016-377 8236 or e-mail us at contact@at19culinary.com. We can help you fit any budget.
