Private Class: Shell - 24 Sept 2013

Belinda contacted us to organise a team building cookout for their departmental team but they only had a small budget. We recommended a baking class which was both fun and could fit into their budget. Belinda was overjoyed and quickly locked in the date and time with us. Everyone arrived bright and very early on a tuesday morning eager to start their cookout session.

Baker Suraiya was the class instructor and showed these newbies how to bake carrot, walnut and raisins cupcakes. There was lots of measuring, grating, cutting, mixing, adding, scooping and once the cupcakes were in the oven, they proceeded to learn how to make cream cheese frosting. Some tasted and thought the cream cheese frosting was too sweet but when they spread it onto the cupcakes, it was absolutely delicious. Simply heavenly.....

Oh surely cupcakes cannot go without some decoration. Next, Suraiya taught everyone how to make little dainty carrots to decorate the cupcakes. The result was simply delightful. Everyone was so excited about their cupcakes and could not wait to show them off. Everyone had a fun time. What a great way to bond team mates and spend time away from work.

If you would like to do a team building event, give us a call at 016-377 8236 or e-mail us at contact@at19culinary.com. We can help you fit any budget.
