It’s time again for us to feature our “Cake of the month” to showcase what we consider our best custom made order cake. The Cake of the month for Apr is a Macarons Birthday Cake. Mum Pei Ling knows her daughter loves macarons and she is 13 years old. So, we made a moist chocolate cake, filled and frosted with dark chocolate ganache and put 12pcs Chateau Blanc macarons round the cake. We then created a 13th macaron out of fondant. It made the cake look so so cute with a big yellow macaron shouting out the birthday message. Yuk Yeing must be all smitten with this cake. The cake looks simple but yet elegant and cute at the same time.
