When SKII approached us to conduct a Gingerbread Decorating workshop for their Elite members, we were delighted. It was SKII’s annual appreciation party for their Elite members. This time, the 2 parties were held at I Utama and Sunway Pyramid. At 19 conducted a demonstration on how to decorate the gingerbreads with a Christmas theme. Elite members and their family had a whale of a time, especially the children, decorating the gingerbreads in the most creative way.
SKII held a “Best Decorated Christmas
Gingerbread” contest and needless to say, Elite members were trying to outdo
each other busy piping all sort of designs with royal icing of different
colours. There were snowman, gingerbread boy, gingerbread girl and xmas tree.
We even colour the fondant for snowman’s hat in SKII corporate red colour.
Everyone had a fun time including all
