Perhaps there are some breads you can do in 15 minutes but most take several hours to rise and be worked and allowed to rise again before baking.
ReplyDeleteThis is not a hands-on class where you do bread from raw ingredients. The dough is already pre-made. This is a workshop on how to prepare the pre-made dough for the oven and bake them to bakery perfection.
