The chinese dumplings are hand-made fresh in small batches & comes frozen. Can be kept in freezer for up to 3 weeks. All dumplings are alcohol & pork free. They are ready to serve. Can be boiled, pan-fried or steamed. We have 3 types - Chicken with Chives RM20, Beef & Carrot RM25, Meatless Veggie RM20. Comes in bags of 20 pcs. Buy 3 bags and get RM3 off.

Classes start Oct 2021

We are starting classes again in Oct. Do check out our Oct-Dec class calender which has been re-vamped to suit our new norm. Our customers, chef instructors and staff are our priority. All our chef instructors and staff have been fully vaccinated. Classes are kept small 4-6 pax and class duration 2 hours. Stay safe with our Covid-19 health & safety practices.

#Help Save Us - Buy our Pies and Gelato

To all our customers,

Following from our #Help Save Us posting, our pies and gelato are ready for sale.

In an effort to conserve our cash position and practice zero waste management, we are asking customers who are interested in our pies and gelato to do a pre-order. We have to reach a minimum order before we can start to make them. Once your pre-order is confirmed, we will send you a message to pay online and collect in-store (can send your own courier to pick-up from us)

Pies are freshly baked & comes frozen. Can be kept in freezer for up to 2 weeks.
To eat, just thaw & re-heat @ 175C for 10 mins.
All pies are pork & alcohol free @ RM9 each.
Buy 6 and get 50 sen off each pie.

Freshly made in small batches. Can be kept in freezer for up to 3 weeks.
Once open, consume within few days.
No alcohol or pork products used. Each tub @ RM25 per pint.

New Initiative to Save At 19 Culinary Studio

 

To all our customers,

This covid-19 pandemic has hit us hard resulting in us having to stop our classes completely since January this year. We are not sure how long we can survive hibernation until we can start classes again.

In order to keep ourselves above water until we see the light at the end of the tunnel, we will be launching soon in August/September, a small range of delicious pies, gelato and dumplings for sale – all home made with plenty of love. They can be kept frozen and eaten at anytime with simple re-heating except of course for the gelato which needs no extra work at all!

We have been operating for 11 years now and we hope that this effort will help to keep us alive until things get better. We look forward to your continuous support.

We have embraced the new norm of "short, less and safe". Our new cooking and baking classes are now shorter (2 hours), less people (4-6 pax), easier on the pocket and safer for everyone.

We are 10

At 19 Culinary Studio turns 10 this year. Yes! We are celebrating our 10th Anniversary. Time has indeed flew past us since we opened our doors in 2010. We wish to thank all our customers for their continuous support all these years.

Cookbook Launch Event at MPH MidValley on 25 Aug 2019




The Lost Recipes of Malaysia Cookbook (revised edition) was launched at MPH, MidValley on 25 Aug 2019 in conjunction with MPH bookstore's Support Your Local Malaysian Authors Campaign for the 62nd Merdeka Day.

The crowd was modest supported by friends, family and some of our At 19 Culinary customers. Book sales were brisk with buyers taking the opportunity to approach the authors who were present to sign-off their cookbooks.

We wish to thank everyone who came to support us and to MPH Publishing for organising the launch event and for believing in the cookbook to have a revised edition published again in 2019 after it was first launched 5 years ago. The cookbook won 2nd prize in the World Gourmand Cookbook Awards 2015.

Lost Recipes of Malaysia cookbook was first launched in May 2014 and won 2nd prize for Best Historical Recipes at the World Gourmand Cookbook Awards. This revised edition to be launched after 5 years since it was first published speaks volumes for the quality and content of the cookbook. Most would have faded into oblivion...lost and forgotten.
