is coming soon in early June. So, why not take the opportunity to learn how to
make some rice dumplings for your family members and friends to try out. This
is a speciality class conducted by Dietitian Chef Chui Hoong who will take
participants through the making of nyonya rice dumplings featured in the award
winning Lost Recipes of Malaysia cookbook. You will learn how to make the
fillings and get the blue colouring from the natural blue pea flowers. You will
also learn the correct and proper way to wrap the rice dumplings.
Note: The filings used in the class are pork free and
alcohol free.
