You can buy a RM50 voucher to attend any of our 10 demo workshops happening on weekends in Jan & Feb. On our Open Days, you can use the RM50 voucher as a discount for any class that you sign up. For those of you who are not members yet, we are giving you a FREE one year membership worth RM50 too.

Amazing Talent at our Christmas Cupcakes class – 15 Dec 2012





Wow!! We were surprised at the amazing talent and creativity at our recent Christmas Cupcakes class. Everyone was in a cheery Christmas mood and the fondant designs were just amazing. There was Santa, Snowman, Xmas stockings, Xmas tree, candy cane and all sorts of xmas fun designs.

In line with Christmas traditional colours of red and green, the class learnt how to bake red velvet cupcakes using natural colouring – juice from beetroot. The results was simply delicious red velvet cupcakes, then covered with fondant and topped with Christmas designs.

Cake of the month - Dec 2012



It’s time again for us to feature our “Cake of the month” to showcase what we consider our best custom made order cake. The Cake of the month for Dec is a fondant Christmas Cake. The cake was our special Moist Chocolate cake decorated with fondant. There was Santa Claus in the centre of the cake surrounded by Christmas stockings full of all sorts of presents and gifts.

At 19 Culinary Studio at SKII event – 17 Nov and 8 Dec 2012




When SKII approached us to conduct a Gingerbread Decorating workshop for their Elite members, we were delighted. It was SKII’s annual appreciation party for their Elite members. This time, the 2 parties were held at I Utama and Sunway Pyramid. At 19 conducted a demonstration on how to decorate the gingerbreads with a Christmas theme. Elite members and their family had a whale of a time, especially the children, decorating the gingerbreads in the most creative way.

SKII held a “Best Decorated Christmas Gingerbread” contest and needless to say, Elite members were trying to outdo each other busy piping all sort of designs with royal icing of different colours. There were snowman, gingerbread boy, gingerbread girl and xmas tree. We even colour the fondant for snowman’s hat in SKII corporate red colour.
